PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and regular account payments all through PayPal. We also now accept Cryptocurrency Bitcoin and Ethereum.

LOCAL PICK UP  

When selecting the delivery method for your order, choose “Local Pick Up”. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours unless the order was placed on the weekend in which case, it may be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email or text when your order has been processed and you'll receive instructions for local pickup.

 

Your order will be held for 14 days after being processed. If the order isn’t picked up within 10 days from being processed, we will cancel the order and refund you in the original form of payment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

*Orders shipped from Guam may have higher shipping costs compared to orders sent from the U.S. mainland.* This is because:

  • USPS Rates from Guam: USPS and other carriers charge higher rates for parcels originating in Guam.

  • Tariffs & Duties: Some destinations may apply tariffs, taxes, or import duties on goods shipped from Guam.

  • Zonos Checkout: We use Zonos to calculate the exact landed cost, so all duties, taxes, and fees are shown upfront.

  • New USPS Rule: Effective September 29, 2025, USPS implemented a new rule (Executive Order 14324) requiring Guam residents to prepay customs duties on certain packages sent to the U.S. mainland and Puerto Rico, which were previously duty-free.

This ensures full transparency with no hidden charges when your order arrives.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us with updates and tracking information.

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the size of your order. We can also ship to a Guam address through USPS but you must pay the shipping rate.

Orders shipped outside of the United States please contact us before purchasing any items.

Tracking updates are available through the USPS website and is limited to the information provided by USPS.

We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to submitting an order.

For U.S. Orders: Please allow 1–3 days for order processing and verification plus 5–10 business days for delivery, unless this is a pre-order. Pre-order items will ship based on the timeline stated in the product description.



For International Orders: Please allow up to 4 - 10 weeks for your order to arrive. Delivery time can vary due to the destination and customs processing. 



RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All items are currently not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new product (if the item is still in stock and available) at no additional cost to the customer.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once it has been processed.
